League play continues across Southern California, but playoffs are arriving soon and the rankings are certain to fall into chaos at that point.
Chino Hills enters this week, the third Baseline League team to appear in the rankings, after felling Rancho Cucamonga and Upland. Meanwhile, way up north in San Luis Obispo County, Arroyo Grande is also in the rankings thanks to some stifling defense lately.

The Huskies stomped Santiago (Corona), 79-31. They had 65 of those points before halftime.

Braves remain No. 2 simply because you can't say Centennial hasn't been awesome. But everybody knows the Braves are playing better teams. They pounded JSerra Catholic 61-7 behind 19-for-23 passing from
Quentin Davis last week and will head to Orange Lutheran on Thursday.

The Monarchs trampled Servite in their annual big game, 42-10.

Diablos are the South Coast League champions after whacking San Juan Hills 48-20. It was 34-0 at the half. They go to El Toro for a Friday season finale.

The Jackrabbits won 35-21 over Lakewood, thanks to

The Lancers earned a 30-22 victory over Chaminade last week, and
Tyler Vaughns was awesome with 11 catches, 194 yards and a touchdown. They are taking this week off before heading to Loyola in the season's final week.

The Broncos pounded Murrieta Mesa, 62-21, and only needed to complete five passes to rack up 158 yards and two scores. They go to Chaparral (Temecula) on Friday.

The Eagles lost 28-14 to Orange Lutheran, and
Dylan Crawford caught seven passes for 106 yards. They play at Servite on Friday.

The Grizzlies punished Del Norte (San Diego), 56-6. That makes it seven straight weeks where they have allowed no more than seven points. They will host Vista on Friday.

The Eagles are in the rankings for the first time this year, and they've been doing it with defense lately, posting three consecutive shutouts and allowing just 17 points in the past five games. Their only loss is to Camarillo and they were within a touchdown in the fourth quarter.
