It was the 41st win in a row for the Phantoms, breaking the previous Virgian state mark of 40 set by Hampton.
Quarterback
Jordan Roby threw for 162 yards and two scores and the defense allowed just 106 yards while recording its fifth shutout.
Phoebus (11-0) has not outscored its opponents 546-37.
To make sure there was no complacency, the Phantoms scored on their first five possessions. Anthony Haste scored on a 58-yard pass from Roby and a 77-yard return of a blocked field goal.
Phoebus now gets fourth-seed Great Bridge in semifinal play.
