Archbishop Wood led Philadelphia Catholic AAA in scoring this week after putting up 38 points on Cardinal O'Hara.
The Vikings made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 303 from 357. The improvement was the result of 38-14 victory over the Lions last week.
Archbishop Wood's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Vikings feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tom Garlick has thrown for 247 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Nick Arcidiacono has four catches for 84 yards. Laquille Nesbitt leads the league in rushing with 219 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic takes on Lansdale Catholic. At the moment, the Friars are in fourth, while the Crusaders are in first.
