Grayson had plenty to celebrate about in last week's win, and now the No. 2 team in the nation will change its focus.

It's the first in a trio of grinding tests to open the season for Central, which would be a strong national title contender if it somehow goes undefeated. The Rockets have a date with No. 11 Washington (Miami) on Sept. 8, and then travel to No. 1 Manatee (Bradenton) on Sept. 14.

Robert Nkemdiche had a 2-yard touchdown run and the Rams totaled more than 300 yards on the ground as a team. It was the 16th-straight win for the defending 5A state champions.
