Hamilton (Chandler, Ariz.) pulled off the biggest comeback of the season on ESPNU scoring the final 18 points of the game with just over a minute left to knock off No. 7 Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) 25-24 in dramatic fashion.
Matthew Krenta connected on a 46-yard field goal with 1:05 left to cut the Gaels deficit to 24-10.

Jacob Medina kicked the perfect onside kick and the Huskies recovered. Four plays later
Nicco Marchiol found
Michael Masunas for a one-yard touchdown to cut the deficit to 24-17 with 29-seconds remaining. Then, on the ensuing kickoff Medina kicked another great onside kick and the Huskies recovered at the Gaels 48-yard line.
Marchiol connected with
Christian Anaya for an 11-yard gain on first down then rushed for 16 yards on the following play to set the Huskies up at the Gaels 22. Two plays later he found junior running back
Nick Switzer for a 22-yard touchdown with eight-seconds left. The Huskies elected to go for two and Marchiol ran it in for the game-winning score to improve to 3-0 on the season.
In one of the most hyped games of the week No. 3 St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) had no problem making the 2,700-plus mile trip to Virginia and knocked off the defending Class 6 state champs Oscar Smith (Chesapeake) 49-0. The Braves improved to 5-0 and have not trailed at any point during the 2021 season.
Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, Fla.) showed up big for the Sunshine State as they rolled into Georgia and took down No. 15 Buford (Ga.) 7-0. The defense dominated and sophomore running back
Davion Gause made big plays on offense everytime the Lions needed a spark.
St. Joseph's Prep (Philadelphia) bounced back in a big way and cruised to a dominant 35-3 win over No. 23 Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.). The Hawks had their 18-game winning streak snapped last week against Milton (Ga.) but showed why they are going to be the favorites to four-peat in 6A this season.
No. 5 Thompson (Alabaster, Ala.) faced its biggest test of the season and had no problem. They handed Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, Ala.) its first loss of the season with a 42-9 victory. The Warriors increased their win streak to 23 and have outscored their first five opponents 259-12.
No. 16 Corner Canyon (Draper, Utah) passed its toughest test of 2021 and handed American Fork (Utah) its first loss of the season with a 51-22 win. Four-star senior quarterback
Devin Brown finished the night with six total touchdowns and things do not get any easier next week as they host a 6-0 Skyridge (Lehi, Utah) squad. The Chargers have won 46 games in a row and are three wins away from breaking the state record for most consecutive wins.
No. 13 St. Xavier (Cincinnati) continues to roll in 2021 and took down Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati) 49-16. The Bombers improved to 5-0 and have outscored the opposition 212-47.
In a matchup of two of the top teams in Maryland No. 22 St. Frances Academy (Baltimore) made a statement and beat Good Counsel (Olney) 50-7. After a season-opening loss against No. 19 St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) the Panthers have outscored their last two opponents 97-13.
Noah Fifita and No. 9 Servite (Anaheim, Calif.) knocked off Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, Calif.) 44-22 to improve to 4-0. The Friars have not trailed at any point during the 2021 season and have outscored the opposition 200-50.
