Florida, which is not home to a Big Ten school, has 118 former high school football players competing in the conference. That total ranks fourth out of all schools sending players to complete in the Big Ten.
Ohio had the most players with 184 while Illinois had 141 and Michigan had 127. New Jersey was the only other state over 100 with 104.
California and Texas also sent solid numbers to the Big 10 with Texas providing 69 players and California 52. Texas has sent a total of 890 players to the Big 10, Big 12, SEC and Pac-12 combined while California has sent 705 players.
