St. John's (Washington, D.C.), has picked Alabama as his college choice.
Hall, at 6-foot-5, 255 pounds, is ranked as the No. 1 player in Washington D.C., according to 247Sports Composite Player Rankings, and he is the No. 6 defensive end in the nation. He had originally committed to Ohio State, but he decommitted prior to his senior year.
Hall earned All-Metro honors from the Washington Post and was also the Gatorade State Player of the Year after posting nine sacks and 21 tackles for loss.
