The Ducks added to an outstanding Class of 2017 recruiting class Monday with a commitment from five-star prospect

Centennial (Las Vegas).
The
announcement was made with a video that included Elvis and Marilyn Monroe impersonators, as well as Brown looking at a Bat Signal projection of the Oregon logo on the Las Vegas skyline from the famed Stratosphere.
Brown, a 6-foot-6, 205-pound point forward-type, is regarded as the No. 13 overall prospect in the 2017 class according to
247Sports.
Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgetown, Kansas, Ohio State and UNLV were among other suitors for his services.
Brown earned MaxPreps Junior All-American honors in 2015-16 after putting up 19.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game. Centennial finished the season 24-4.
Over the summer, Brown won a gold medal with USA Basketball at the FIBA U17 World Championship in Spain.
Oregon also has commitments from Top 100 guard
Victor Bailey of
McNeil (Austin, Texas) and Top 150 wing
Abu Kigab of
Prolific Prep Academy (Napa, Calif.).
