
Curtis' huge win over Plant has pushed it even higher in the regional rankings this week.

The showdown in the Superdome between Curtis (River Ridge, La.) and Plant (Tampa, Fla.) provided the only change among No. 1 teams in this week's MaxPreps Regional Football Ratings.
Curtis shutdown Plant to the tune of 33-3 and moved past Skyline (Dallas, Texas) for the No. 1 spot in the Southwest.

Another significant game came in the Northeast, where Gilman ended Don Bosco Prep's 46-game win streak and knocked the Ironmen out of the top 10.
The regional rankings are based on MaxPreps Freeman Computer Ratings with teams chosen from five different geographical regions comprised of 10 states each.
