Top juniors: DB Justin Thomas (5-10, 155, 4.4), WR/DB DeCarlos Renfro (5-10, 150, 4.5).
Top sophomores: TB/WR/DB Artevin McDonald (5-9, 145, 4.6).
Other prospects: OL/DL Justin Petry, RB/LB Darius Mitchell, OL/DL Brandon Richard, WR/DB Ed Ivory, FB/LB Brenson Lindsey, TB/LB Darius Robinson, TE/DE Robert Redd, OL/DT Ian Jenkins.
2010 notes: QB Garrett has a chance to be special - he should at least hit the 2,000-yard total offense mark as a senior. WR Roberts, who caught 25 passes last year, gives him an excellent target. On defense, LB Rubin (85 tackles)?will be the leader. And there may not be a better DB in 3A than Thomas (4 INTs). The Mustangs have a few kinks to work out in the trenches, but the athleticism at the skill spots once again makes them a regional power.
