Xaverian Brothers lost at home last week, 31-4, to state No. 1 (according to MaxPreps' Freeman Rankings) Duxbury. The Hawks had looked untouchable in their previous four games, winning by an average of 27 points. Xaverian Brothers has lost five of the last eight meetings against Everett, but beat the Crimson Tide twice in 2009 including a 29-0 shutout in the Eastern Mass. Division I Super Bowl.
