There wasn't a ton of movement in the power rankings this week, but there was certainly enough to keep things interesting. Among the action were the efforts of Boone Central/Newman Grove's senior Dylan Gentrup, an offensive menace who scored five total TDs.
Can't Touch This
Yutan's 21 - 7 win over Battle Creek last week had a lot to do with the leadership of senior Bryland Menicucci. Menicucci rushed for 263 yards and two touchdowns. In fact, our algorithms singled out Menicucci as one of the top players in the power rankings for the week.
Next Week's Big Game
If you are itching to watch a first-rate contest, no game is supposed to fit the bill better than the one between York (3rd in the power rankings) and Skutt Catholic (2nd). Both teams are entering with last-week wins under their belts. Only one team will win this week, so we'll see which team fails to repeat its success.
