Colquitt County (Moultrie, Ga.) continues to make its move up the MaxPreps South Region Football Computer Rankings, as it rose from No. 4 to No. 2 this week.
Colquitt County still has a ways to go to unseat No. 1 Starkville (Miss.), which has a lead of nearly 6 rating points over the No. 2 team. Colquitt County moved ahead of Washington (Miami), which dropped to No. 3, and St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), which fell to No. 8.
IMG Academy also made a big move in the rankings this week as it jumped from No. 18 to No. 7. Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, La.) also joined the top 10 at No. 9 after finishing at No. 12 last week.
