Aurora, CO – The Colorado High School Activities Association and MaxPreps.com, the online high school sports leader and a CBSSports.com site, have signed a partnership agreement for the next three years, CHSAA officials have announced. The selection of MaxPreps.com as the Associations "Official Statistics and Results Partner" is designed to give CHSAA member schools a single location to report scores and game statistics.
Schools will be required to post their scores and statistics with MaxPreps.com after each contest. CHSAA seeding committees will use the MaxPreps.com results as the sole source for information when seeding and pairing the playoffs. MaxPreps.com's advanced technology offers a global approach to tracking game scores and reports.
"It has become apparent that, in this world of playoff seeding and computer ranking for high school sports, that a company with the advanced technology and experience in statistics and results gathering abilities of MaxPreps.com was needed. MaxPreps.com, one of the nation's most visited sites for high school sports information and results, has been on the prep sports scene since 2002 and successfully partnered with other state athletic associations.
