Lewis-Palmer (Monument, Colo.) held on to No. 3 by sweeping the Cheyenne Mountain Invitational to improve to 23-0.
Brentwood (Tenn.) captured its second-straight state large school title and finished the season with a 60-match winning streak. Brentwood, which lost its season opener to Seigel (Murfreesboro, Tenn.), was led by senior setter Katie Kemp, who had 57 assists in the title match.
Rounding out the Top 5 is Mercy (Louisville, Ky.), which has routed four opponents since losing two weeks ago.
New to the Top 10 this week is unbeaten Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, Neb.). The first nine spots remained the same.
New to the Top 25 this week are 47-4 Novi (Mich.) and 20-2 Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, Calif.).
