Highland's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Whiting, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Highland will challenge Kankakee Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Whiting, they will take on Hammond Morton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
