Earlier this campaign, top-ranked Serra beat No. 2 Folsom 17-12 and then Serra topped No. 3 De La Salle 24-21.
On Friday in Contra Costa County, No. 2 Folsom plays No. 3 De La Salle, a rematch from last season when the teams played twice. DLS took the regular-season contest 31-10 and Folsom won the CIF NorCal Regional Division I-AA final 28-27.
Folsom last week beat Pittsburg 23-15 and so it goes.
