Mitchell, who scored the game-winning touchdown on a terrific 63-yard keeper, showed off his 10.60-second speed in the 100 meters.
He also shared with CB and Poff his interesting family life, which features a pair of entertainers. Mitchell also doesn't cut any corners discussing this week's showdown with Mater Dei (Santa Ana), the nation's No. 3 team, and a possible game between the Monarchs and top-ranked Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas).
Also joining the show is high energy MaxPreps writer Lynden Ostrander, who runs down the games of the week along with the hosts, who also introduce a possible BCS-type playoff on a national level for high schools.
