Maloney (Meriden) boys basketball coach Howie Hewitt earned his 328th coaching victory moving him past Norb Fahey as the school's career victories leader.
* All-State selection senior Damika Martinez of Platt (Meriden) scored 27 points in a 60-50 loss to East Catholic (Manchester) to give her 1,481 career points, making her the school's career scoring leader.
