See the Holy Cross standout who is leading the nation in kills in action.The Texas volleyball regular season is wrapped up and state championships are on the line this week. Below are the offensive leaders in the state and where they rank nationally in individual categories.
HITTING PERCENTAGETrinity Southall, So., San Angelo Central (San Angelo) No. 26 – Southall had a phenomenal sophomore campaign. She had a hitting percentage of .487 with 473 kills. Southall had 23 kills in four-set matches twice this season.
Bailey Foy, Sr., North Lamar (Paris) No. 28 – Foy ended her final high school season with a .480 hitting percentage. She came through with 403 kills – 3.5 per set – and had just 54 errors.

London Austin-Roark, Jr., Weatherford No. 34 – Austin-Roark had a breakout season with a hitting percentage of .471 with 384 kills. She collected a season-high 23 kills in one match.
Victoria Pearson, Sr., El Dorado (El Paso) No. 48 – In her final year, Pearson tallied a phenomenal kill percentage of .454. She had 369 kills on the season.
Kennedy Warren, Jr., Peaster – No. 49 – Warren has been a beast at the net for Peaster. She helped lead the team to the Class 3A state tournament with 530, averaging four per set.
KILLSHenrianna Ibarra, Sr., Holy Cross (San Antonio) No. 1 – Ibarra leads the nation in kills with 925, 40 more than the second-place player. In 23 matches this season she had 20 more kills. Her season high was 40 in a five-set match.
Yossiana Pressley, Sr., Cypress Falls (Houston) No. 2 – Pressley trails Ibarra in the national lead with 885 kills. She finished her career with a phenomenal 34 kills in a five-set postseason loss.
Hali Wisnoskie, Sr., Columbus, No. 6 – Wisnoskie came through with 753 kills, 5.7 per set. She had double-digit kills in all but six matches this season.
Paige Sebesta, Sr., Cypress Woods (Cypress) No. 9 – Sebesta tallied 731 kills on the year. The senior had double-digit kills in every match but four this season. She had just three kills in the final match.
Audrey Nalls, So., Waxahachie No. 19 – Nalls was a big-time player as an underclassman for Waxahachie. The team's go-to hitter registered 683 kills.
ASSISTSKelsey Childers, Jr., Clear Creek (League City) No. 2 – Childers has been one of the driving forces to Clear Creek's run to state. She has 1,621 assists on the season, averaging 11.3 per set. She had 56 in one four-set match this season.
Paige Etherington, Sr., Round Rock Westwood (Austin) No. 5 – Etherington finished out her career with 1,524 assists. She averaged 11 per set for her team.
Kamryn Owen, Jr., Midlothian No. 8 – It was a great junior campaign for Owen. She had 1,464 assists and also added 377 digs.
Sophie Walls, Jr., The Woodlands No. 9 – Walls had a consistent season and ended up with 1,446 assists. She had 40 or more assists in seven matches this year.
Bailey Waddington, Sr., San Angelo Central (San Angelo) No. 12 – Waddington averaged 11.2 assists per game and had 1,414 for the season.
