Bacon has led the nation's No. 1 team all season —
Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.) (45-0) — and is giving Ben Simmons of Montverde Academy, a run for his money for national Player of the Year.
Bacon is the No. 6 senior recruit in the nation overall, according to
247Sports, and he's already signed to Florida State.
The 38th-annual McDonald's All-American Game for the boys and the
14th annual game for the girls takes place April 1 at the United Center
in Chicago. Host Chris Stonebraker and senior writer Mitch Stephens will
be on hand in the Windy City to bring you all the action, fun and
inside scoop.
