WOLF STORYLINES* Though Davis is listed as a returner, he sat out last year following a transfer and should have a huge impact for West. The 270-pounder is a Top 50 prospect by 247Sports who weighed offers from Arizona, Baylor and Kansas before joining a monster recruiting class at Texas A&M.
* Jamabo is in the midst a huge season with the Plano West football team. Alabama, Notre Dame and UCLA are just a few of the power programs that have extended offers to the star running back. Through eight games, Jamabo had piled up 1,711 yards and 33 touchdowns.
* The Wolves won't be sneaking up on anybody in 2014-15. The Texas Association of Basketball Coaches tabbed Plano West as the preseason No. 1 in Class 6A late last month.
