6-2 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | USCLast year's MaxPreps National Player of the Year is the No. 1-rated player in the Class of 2023 by HoopGurlz. Watkins is the complete package who can lead the team in a set offense, run the break and finish at the rim. She has touch from mid-range and distance and is an elite defender. Watkins, who recently signed a NIL deal with Nike, posted 24.8 points and 10.3 rebounds per night while leading the Trailblazers to a 30-2 mark and the CIF Open Division title.
Colorado — Sienna Betts, Grandview (Aurora)
6-3 | Sophomore (Class of 2025) | Forward | UncommittedYounger sister of Lauren Betts (now at Stanford), Sienna averaged 10.4 points per game, 9.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game as the Wolves won the 5A title. She was the third-leading scorer for Grandview and the lone returner with a double-figure average.
Connecticut — Mackenzie Nelson, St. Luke's (New Canaan)
5-9 | Guard | Class of 2023 | Virginia TechNelson, ranked 42nd in the Class of 2023 by ESPN HoopGurlz, averaged 22.1 points, 5.0 steals and 3.5 assists per game for the 26-1 Storm.
Delaware — Dallas Pierce, Sanford (Hockessin)
5-9 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | UMassThe Warriors made the state final and Pierce was a big part of that success. She averaged 12 points in the semis and finals.
District of Columbia — Jadyn Donovan, Sidwell Friends
6-0 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Wing | DukeSidwell assistant Brett Preston said Donovan's athleticism is head and shoulders above her peers. She averaged 15.5 points and 9.4 rebounds last year en route to a national title. With Kiki Rice off to UCLA, Donovan should step into the lead role for the Quakers.
Florida — Emma Risch, Palm Bay (Melbourne)
6-2 | Senior (Class of 203) | Forward | Notre DameThere's a ton of great talent in the Sunshine State and the five-star headed to South Bend gets the nod. She's Steph Curry-like from distance and great without the ball. She runs the floor well and can finish in traffic. Risch averaged 20.5 points and 6.9 rebounds as the Pirates went 20-6.
Georgia — Courtney Ogden, Westminster (Atlanta)
6-1 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | Stanford A versatile playmaker who can run the point or mix it up in the paint, Ogden was part of the USA Basketball U18 team that won gold in Argentina. She averaged 18.4 points and 6.5 rebounds as the Wildcats went 17-11 last season and 17-3 in 2020-21.
Hawaii — Laynee Torres-Kahapea, Punahou (Honolulu)
5-6 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | Portland StateThe first team all-state pick averaged 12.7 points for the Buff N Blu. She's a ferocious on-ball defender whose motor never stops.
Idaho — Avery Howell, Boise
5-11 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Forward | Uncommitted The two-time All-Southern Idaho Conference pick led her team with 12.1 rebounds and 2.2 steals to go with her 10.2 points. She's been offered by Minnesota, St. Mary's, Boise State and Oklahoma State.
Illinois — Lenee Beaumont, Benet Academy (Lisle)
6-0 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | IndianaThe first-team all-state pick got off to a hot start to the 2022-23 season with a season-opening 30 points in a win over Ashlynn Shade and La Lumiere. Last season, Beaumont averaged 15-5 and 4 while leading the Redwings to a 30-5 mark, fifth straight East Suburban Catholic Conference title and third-place finish in the 4A postseason bracket.
Indiana — Ashlynn Shade, La Lumiere (La Porte)
5-10 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Shooting guard | UConnThe third player in the MaxPreps All-American team headed to play for Auriemma, Shade is the No. 15 ranked player in her class and left Noblesville to play her senior season with the Lakers. Indiana's Miss Basketball as a junior led the Millers to the 4A title with nearly 1,700 career points and more than 600 boards.
Iowa — Sahara Williams, Waterloo West (Waterloo)
5-10 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Wing | OklahomaThe future Sooner averaged nearly 20 points for the Warhawks, who went 23-3 and fell in the 5A title game to nationally-ranked Johnston. Williams, a three-time all-state pick, was second on the team in rebounding and was on the USA Basketball 3x3 gold medal team.
Kansas — Addy Brown, Derby
6-3 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Wing | Iowa StateLooking to cap her career with a title, Brown led the team during last season's runner-up finish with 14.8 points and 8.3 rebounds. The No. 31 player in her class, Brown can score at will and from anywhere on the court.
Kentucky — ZaKiyah Johnson, Sacred Heart (Louisville)
6-1 | Sophomore (Class of 2025) | Guard/Forward | UncommittedLast year's MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year has already amassed more than 1,400 points (she played during her seventh and eighth-grade seasons). She was the focal point of a 36-3 state champion, racking up 17.8 points and 7.8 rebounds a game.
Louisiana — Mikaylah Williams, Parkway (Bossier City)
6-0 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Point guard | LSUExplosive off the dribble with dead-eye range anywhere on the court, Williams has the size to dominate in the paint but the skills to play 1 through 5. She averaged 22.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.2 steals as the Panthers went 34-3 last season. The No. 1 player in the Class of 2023 until this season, Williams also averaged 8.1 points and 4.7 rebounds for the gold-medal winning USA U17 National Team.
Maine — Emma Lizotte, Cheverus (Portland)
6-2 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Post | UncommittedThe dual-sport Lizotte averaged 14.4 points and 10.4 rebounds for the AA champions, who went 17-2 last season. She was all-state last season.
Maryland — Qadence Samuels, Bishop McNamara (Forestville)
6-1 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Shooting guard | UConnLong and athletic, Samuels is headed to play with the Huskies and former WCAC foe Azzi Fudd. The No. 35-ranked player in her class averaged 15.2 points and 7.4 rebounds. She can hit from range and has a sweet mid-range jumper with tenacity on the defensive end.
Massachusetts — Tricia Wladkowski, Norwood
5-10 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Forward | UncommittedLooks to step into more of a leadership role for the Mustangs this season. A two-sport player (soccer), she also grabbed all-league honors last season.
Michigan — Indya Davis, West Bloomfield
5-10 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Shooting guard | Michigan StateShe led the Lakers to a Division 1 title and No. 25 finish in the MaxPreps Top 25. She and twin
Summer each averaged more than 14 points per night, while Indya scored a game-high 17 in the title game. She also averaged 6.6 rebounds and 3.1 steals over the season.
Minnesota — Nunu Agara, Hopkins (Minnetonka, Minn.)

Mississippi — Madison Booker, Germantown (Madison)

Missouri — Natalie Potts, Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis)
6-2 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Center | NebraskaOne of the key cogs for the No. 1 Red Knights, Potts averaged 20.8 points and 9.3 rebounds for the team with the longest win streak in the nation. She averaged double-digits in scoring each of her three seasons at Incarnate Word and is versatile enough to mix it up in the paint or step out and knock down a mid-range shot.
Montana — Breanna Williams, Skyview (Billings)
6-2 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Forward | UncommittedShe dropped 25 points in the AA title game and earned tournament MVP honors last year as a sophomore while leading the Falcons to their first title. She averaged 18.3 in the state tournament and 14.8 for the season.
Nebraska — Britt Prince, Elkhorn North (Elkhorn)
5-11 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Point Guard | UncommittedShe led the Wolves to back-to-back Class B titles in her freshman and sophomore seasons and has already eclipsed the 1,000-point threshold. She averaged 24.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.4 steals and 4.3 assists last season while grabbing Super-State first team honors.
Nevada — Kaniya Boyd, Centennial (Las Vegas)
5-8 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Guard | UncommittedThe 25th-ranked junior by ESPN HoopGurlz, Boyd looks to step into more of a leadership role with the Bulldogs after the early departure of Montaya Dew. A tremendous ball-handler with great finishing ability and court vision, Boyd averaged 10.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 2.6 assists as a sophomore for the 5A champs.
New Hampshire — Lana McCarthy, Bedford
6-4 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Post | UncommittedThe state D1 volleyball player of the year is also pretty nice on the hardwood. An all-state pick, McCarthy helped the Bulldogs to an appearance in the title game last season.
New Jersey — Zoe Brooks, St. John-Vianney (Holmdel)
5-8 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | North Carolina StateLancers coach Dawn Karpell says Brooks can do it all — get to the rim, pass and shoot the ball. She is regarded as a top 10 prospect and has helped St. John-Vianney run up a 74-game win streak against New Jersey opponents. As a junior she averaged 18.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 3.8 steals as Lancers won the final New Jersey Tournament of Champions. There is a ton of talent in the Garden State and if Brooks is 1, then Paul VI guard and Notre Dame commit

New Mexico — Taejhuan Hill, Volcano Vista (Albuquerque)
5-11 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Post | UncommittedA sophomore who was a one-woman wrecking crew, posting four playoff double-doubles for the Hawks in their unbeaten march to the 5A title. Hill, a first-team all-state nod, averaged 12.0 points and 8.1 rebounds during the season.
New York — Kate Koval, Long Island Lutheran (Brookville)
6-5 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Post | UncommittedThe Crusaders went 14-8 last season as Koval was second in scoring with an 18.7 average and led the team in rebounds with 12 a night. Physical in the paint with great court vision, she can finish in traffic and has seen her stock rise through the summer where she played for Ukraine in the U18 3x3 tournament.
North Carolina — Reychel Douglas, Millbrook (Raleigh)
6-0 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | AlabamaShe chose the Crimson Tide from among 20 offers and averaged 17.6 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 2.7 assists for the 23-4 Wildcats, who reached the 4A semis. She has honed her game and has a deadly mid-range jumper, but can hit from range or blow by a defender on the way to the hoop.
North Dakota — Logan Nissley, Century (Bismarck)
5-10 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | NebraskaNissley averaged 22.0 points and 9.9 rebounds a game for the 24-1 Patriots. She connected on 45 percent of her 3-pointers and 81 percent of her free throws.
Ohio — Sole' Williams, Princeton (Cincinnati)
5-9 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | Texas A&MThe MaxPreps All-American switched her commitment and landed with the Aggies after leading Princeton to a 22-4 mark in her junior season. She dropped 23.2 points per night and shot better than 50 percent from the field, including nearly 40 percent from distance while also being named the Greater Miami Conference Player of the Year.
5-11 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | North Carolina StateShe will join New Jersey's Zoe Brook with the Wolfpack next season but not before looking to help the Huskies to a repeat 6A title. Steele averaged 21.9 points as Edmond North went 25-1. An all-state first teamer, she was also the 6A Super Prep Breakout Player of the Year in 2021.
Oregon — Jazzy Davidson, Clackamas
6-1 | Sophomore (Class of 2025) | Wing | UncommittedThe top-rated player in her class averaged 22.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.1 steals, 2.7 assists and 1.4 blocks as the Cavaliers reached the 6A state semifinals. The Mount Hood Conference player of the year dropped nine double-doubles last season.
Pennsylvania — Abby Sharpe, Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting)
5-10 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | PennA first-team all-state pick, she averaged 14.3 points for the Colonials. Sharpe helped the team to a No. 23 finish in the final MaxPreps Top 25 and has the ability to attack the rim, finish in traffic or knock down a shot from all spots on the floor.
Rhode Island — Jillian Rogers, North Kingstown
5-7 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | UncommittedSparked the Skippers to a 23-2 record with her 19.0 points and 7.8 rebounds a game. She also added 3.6 steals a game for the Division 1 champions.
South Carolina — Milaysia Fulwiley, Keenan (Columbia)
5-7 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | South Carolina The No.13-ranked player on ESPN HoopGurlz is electric with the rock. She takes defenders off the dribble, makes excellent decisions in transition and has a smooth jumper from both mid-range and distance. She averaged 29.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 4.6 steals as the Raiders went 24-3 and took the Class AAA state title.

South Dakota — Hilary Behrens, Brandon Valley (Brandon)
6-1 | Senior (Class of 2022) | Forward | South Dakota StateThe Argus Leader First Five pick averaged 16.4 points and 3.8 rebounds as the Lynx went 18-6 and reached the AA semifinals.
Tennessee — Jaloni Cambridge, Ensworth (Nashville)
5-6 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Guard | UncommittedThe MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year led the Tigers to the Division II Class AA title and No. 24 spot in the final MaxPreps Top 25 rankings. The No. 1 player in the Class of 2024 averaged 17.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.8 steals and 3.1 assists. Her sisters play at Vandy and Kentucky while her brothers are both at Arizona State and Jaloni has multiple Division I offers.
Texas — Kylie Marshall, Lake Ridge (Mansfield)
5-11 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | Texas A&MHelped the Eagles to a 6A regional quarterfinal appearance after averaging 21.2 points with 4.2 rebounds per night. Her squad was 17-15 last season but coach Stephani Gray said Marshall has amazing court sense and ability to shoot and see the court.
Utah — Amari Whiting, Timpview (Provo)
5-10 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Point guard | BYULast year's MaxPreps Player of the Year from Idaho, Whiting trekked to the Beehive State following mom Amber, who became head coach of BYU in the off-season. Amari flipped her commitment from Oregon to play for her mother. Last season, Amari helped Burley to a 4A championship with a 26-1 record with 26.9 points, 10.5 rebounds and 5.7 steals per game.
Vermont — Elyse MacDonough, Rice Memorial (South Burlington)
5-7 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Guard | UncommittedA 20-1 season and Division 1 title for the Green Knights was fueled in part by McDonough and her 15.4 points per night. The all-stater also had 3.5 assist per night.
Virginia — Kymora Johnson, St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville)
5-8 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Guard | VirginiaPart of a top 25 recruiting class for the Cavaliers, Johnson averaged 21.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and 6.7 assists a game for the 20-2 Saints. She's a Naismith High School Trophy Preseason Watch List recipient.
Washington — Malia Samuels, Garfield (Seattle)
5-8 | Senior (Class of 2023) | USCJoining Juju Watkins with the Trojans, Samuels is a true point guard who averaged 16.5 points, 6.3 assists and 6.1 steals as a junior. The Bulldogs capped back-to-back 3A titles with an unbeaten season.
West Virginia — Alexis Bordas, Wheeling Park (Wheeling)
5-7 | Sophomore (Class of 2025) | Shooting guard | UncommittedAs a freshman, the Patriots star averaged 21.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and dropped a 50-piece in a December game. Wheeling Park went 22-5, falling in the state semis, as Bordas grabbed Class 4A all-state honors.
Wisconsin — Kamorea Arnold, Germantown
5-10 | Senior (Class of 2023) | Point guard | UConnHeaded to play for Geno Auriemma as the heir apparent for Paige Bueckers, she averaged 24.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 4.4 steals during her junior year as the Warhawks went 26-3. A big-game point guard with a knack for getting to the rim, Arnold dropped 31 on 12 of 18 shooting in the title tilt with seven assists. Arnold also was part of the USA Basketball U16 team that took gold in August.
Wyoming — Bradie Schlabs, East (Cheyenne)
5-6 | Junior (Class of 2024) | Point guard | UncommittedHer first two seasons culminated in 4A titles, all-state selections and Defensive Player of the Year. The Thunderbirds head into her junior year on a 39-game win streak.
