Fans in Southern California have been hoping to see Stanley Johnson and Mater Dei face Long Beach Poly all season. That matchup arrives Tuesday.

The Wolverines will have to win three games this week to capture their fourth Illinois Class 4A state title in a row. A rematch of last year's state championship game could happen in the semifinals against Proviso East (Maywood).
7. (9) Iowa City West (Iowa), 26-0Season complete. Class 4A state champions.
8. (10) Blanche Ely (Pompano Beach, Fla.), 27-1Class 7A state champions. Will participate in National High School Invitational April 4-6.
9. (12) North Little Rock (Ark.), 30-1Season complete. Class 7A state champions.
10. (13) Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.), 31-2The Monarchs finally meet Long Beach Poly on Tuesday for the right to advance in CIF Open Division play. Mater Dei and Poly were widely viewed as the state's top two teams through much of the season, but Poly lost in the CIF Southern Section semifinals, preventing the matchup - until now.
