New Hope Academy had a senior duo take command as Jalen Martinez scored 23 points along with six rebounds and five steals and DJ Thomas dropped a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Thomas has scored all season. Haki Muhammad was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
New Hope Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season. As for Bristol, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
