Ryan James was nothing short of spectacular for Gloucester City: he scored 22 points along with seven assists and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points James has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Michael Light, who scored 11 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Lindenwold dropped their record down to 5-12 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Gloucester City, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lindenwold and the Panthers will face off at 5:30 p.m. on February 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in New Jersey (Collingswood is ranked 363rd, while the Lions are ranked 353rd). As for Gloucester City, they will head out on the road to challenge the Gators at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Gateway Regional is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.
