Christian Center's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fifth straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 42-28 to North Idaho Christian. Christian Center lost against North Idaho Christian in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 58-16 score last time.
Danica Kelly continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for North Idaho Christian, scoring 17 points along with nine steals and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kelly has scored all season. Chelsey Cate was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds.
Christian Center dropped their record down to 0-2 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for North Idaho Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 19-2.
Christian Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Idaho Christian will be playing at home against House of the Lord Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
