It was another big night for Arisa Ford, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds. She set a new season high mark in steals with six. Another player making a difference was Isabel Freeman, who scored six points along with 13 rebounds and four steals.
Redeemer Christian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Cami Satterfield, who scored 11 points along with seven steals and five rebounds, and Selena Martin who scored 16 points along with three steals. The contest was Martin's fourth in a row with at least ten points.
The win got St. John Lutheran back to even at 4-4. As for Redeemer Christian, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games.
