Allen Park found a leader in Melody Filipiak as the team took down Roosevelt on Monday. Filipiak wasn't messing around, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was her fourth straight with five or more strikeouts.
