Another player making a difference was Dillon Ornelas, who got on base in five of his six plate appearances with three RBI.

Manitou Springs' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-7. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Eaton, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Manitou Springs has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .448. However, it's not like Eaton struggles in that department as they've averaged .469. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Manitou Springs came up short against Eaton in their previous matchup back in May of 2017, falling 6-1. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
