The Northwest Christian Wolverines's game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 70-53 win over Crosspoint. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Northwest Christian also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Northwest Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Dan Babber out in front who scored 25 points along with five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Babber has scored all season. Kaden Lanham was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with five rebounds.
Northwest Christian now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Crosspoint, their loss was their eighth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-13.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Evergreen Lutheran the next time they take the court. Crosspoint will head out to face Evergreen Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Northwest Christian will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
