Meanwhile, Atkinson County strolled past Echols County with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 61-45. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Atkinson County has managed all season.
Berrien now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Atkinson County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
Berrien came up short against Atkinson County in their previous meeting last Tuesday, falling 69-57. Can Berrien avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
