Berlin extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Brooke Walker. The Berlin Redcoats breezed by the Wethersfield Eagles to the tune of 61-24 on Friday thanks in part to Walker, who went 10 for 11 on her way to 25 points and five rebounds. Those 25 points gave her a new career-high.
The team also got some help courtesy of Madelynn Sadowski, who posted four points and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
Berlin's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Wethersfield, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
