That makes it ten consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of John Adams Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Luciano Allen, who scored 12 points.
When it comes to explaining why Sacramento Country Day lost, one person who can't be blamed is Parker Byers. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points along with five rebounds. Derek Taylor was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds.
John Adams Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Sacramento Country Day, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.
