Belfry had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They blew past the Tolsia Rebels 13-2. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Belfry's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Tolsia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

Coming up, Belfry will challenge Chapmanville Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.7 runs per game this season, so the Pirates' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tolsia, they will square off against Cross Lanes Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Rebels surely won't give up without a fight.
