It was a proper cat-fight when Walnut duked it out with Pine Grove on Monday. The Wildcats blew past the Panthers 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.
Brittan Dawkins was a major factor no matter where she played. She pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.
