The Kingsway Christian Eagles can finally bid farewell to their 15-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They enjoyed a cozy 46-30 win over Faith Christian Academy. That looming 46-30 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Kingsway Christian yet this season.
JT Bischoff was a one-man wrecking crew for Kingsway Christian as he dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Yoder, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Kingsway Christian's victory ended a ten-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-16. As for Faith Christian Academy, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kingsway Christian will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Senedot Stripes at 12:15 p.m. on January 27th. As for Faith Christian Academy, they will challenge Kingsway Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
