That makes it two consecutive games in which D'Arcangelo has scored at least 25% of Mission Heights Prep's points. Jacob Vance was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 6 rebounds.
Maricopa Institute of Technology's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Mission Heights Prep, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Maricopa Institute of Technology will head out on the road to face off against BASIS - Peoria at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Mission Heights Prep, they will be playing at home against Tohono O'Odham at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tohono O'Odham is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
