The Sunset Knights's five-game losing streak came to an end on Wednesday. They blew past Killian 66-21 at home. Sunset's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Bianca Pancheco was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 31 points and ten rebounds. She also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Alyssa Torrech was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.
Sunset's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7. As for Killian, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-6.
