The Heartland Christian Saints stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They blew past Tabernacle Christian 55-27 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Heartland Christian sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Heartland Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sawyer Koffer, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds. Landon Clemens was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds.
Heartland Christian is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Tabernacle Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Heartland Christian's road trip will continue as they head out to face the at 6:15 p.m. on February 1st. As for Tabernacle Christian, they will challenge the Cougars at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
