Meanwhile, Haltom can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Sam Houston a 5-0 shutout. Polina Pavlenko had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Haltom.
South Grand Prairie's win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-12-1. As for Haltom, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
