The Paul VI Eagles took care of business in their home opener on Thursday (and then some). They blew past Seneca 90-20 at home. With Paul VI ahead 59-15 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Among those leading the charge was Eva Andrews, who scored 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Azanah Campbell, who scored 14 points.
Paul VI pushed their record up to 1-0 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 43.9 points. As for Seneca, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Paul VI won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against St. Rose at 8:20 p.m. on December 15th. Seneca will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sterling at 12:00 p.m. on December 28th.
