The Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell to Hope 32-27. If Blackstone Valley Prep hoped to take revenge for the 33-26 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Hope found their leader in underclassman Jorday Johnson, who scored 16 points.
Blackstone Valley Prep's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Hope, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.
Blackstone Valley Prep will head out on the road to challenge Central at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hope, they will be playing at home against Block Island at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Block Island focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten two weeks ago.
