After both having extra time off, the Palm Beach Central Broncos and the Cardinal Newman Crusaders will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Palm Beach Central will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.

Palm Beach Central pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Cardinal Newman, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Palm Beach Central hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .316. However, it's not like Cardinal Newman struggles in that department as they've averaged .322. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Palm Beach Central skirted past Cardinal Newman 5-3 in their previous matchup back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Palm Beach Central since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
