The Caddo Mills Foxes and the Pleasant Grove Hawks squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but sadly the Caddo Mills Foxes had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a rough 63-10 loss at the hands of the Hawks. Caddo Mills was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-0.
Alfonzo Gonzales threw for 118 yards on 16 of 40 attempts. Ty Crunk was his top target, picking up 38 receiving yards.
Caddo Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Pleasant Grove, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Caddo Mills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pleasant Grove will head out on the road to face off against Carthage at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Carthage is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
