The biggest upset of the week belonged to Clearfield, who defeated 109th ranked Central, 35-20. Christian Lezzer threw for 75 yards and ran for 184 yards during the win.
Philipsburg-Osceola was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from seventh to fifth in Mountain. Earlier in the week, the Mountaineers defeated Bellefonte 52-14.
Lezzer provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Bison bested the Dragons.
Tyler Stratton was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 188 yards on 32 carries as Clearfield defeated Huntingdon.
Hudson Speck put up the best numbers in passing as the Bearcats lost to the Golden Eagles. He had a total of 6 completions for 121 yards.
Getz was the best receiver in the league this week as Tyrone bested Huntingdon. Getz tallied 2 receptions for 101 yards.
The leading receiver in the league this season is Bradi Moore. The Central star has 11 catches for 174 yards.
Two of the top teams in Mountain will go toe-to-toe this week when Philipsburg-Osceola takes on the Golden Eagles. The Mountaineers' offense has scored 98 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while Tyrone has allowed only 37 on the year.
The Bison are in first place, while Mike Hudy's team is in seventh place.
Bald Eagle Area moved up to 250 from 374 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Bald Eagles climbed the ranks as a result of beating Penns Valley Area 47-19.
