Lakeside bumped their record down to 0-5 with that loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.8 points per game. As for Edgewood, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lakeside will challenge Harvey at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Harvey is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Edgewood, they will head out on the road to face off against Perry at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
