Perry is 0-4 against Lincolnview since May of 2016 but things could change  on Friday. The Commodores will host the Lancers  at 5:00  p.m. The two teams are strolling into their  games after big wins in their previous games.
Lincolnview will be up against a hot Perry  team: the  squad just extended their winning streak to four. The Commodores blew past Temple Christian 11-1 on Thursday. Fans of the Commodores have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+  runs.

 Hunter Scott made a splash no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Scott was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing four bases while going 2-for-2. Those  four  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Brodey Douce was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 4-for-5.  Wyatt Taviano was another key player,  going 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases and two  RBI.
 Perry  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .568. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Temple Christian only posted  an  OBP of  .385.
Meanwhile, Lincolnview made easy work of Ottoville  on Monday and carried off  a  24-1 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Lancers.
Like Perry, Lincolnview also got a great game from a two-way player:  Myles Moody. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Moody was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-5 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and four  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Gavin Evans, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with four  runs, five  RBI,  and two  doubles. Another player making a difference was  Chayse Overholt, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 4-for-4.
 Lincolnview pushed their record up to 2-0 with the  victory, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Perry, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
