The Rattlers will head out to face off against the Saints at 3:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Rancho Mirage has six straight wins, Xavier Prep has 21 straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Rancho Mirage is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Palm Springs 26-8 on Wednesday. Considering the Rattlers have won six matchups by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Rancho Mirage pushed their record up to 12-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Xavier Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-20.
Rancho Mirage took their victory against Xavier Prep when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 20-10 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rattlers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
