Omaha Central is a perfect 5-0 against North Platte since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Omaha Central will host North Platte at 7:00 p.m. North Platte took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Omaha Central, who comes in off a win.

Omaha Central proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by eight) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Buena Vista 3-2. Mukhtar Abdirahman had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Omaha Central.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for North Platte's offense. They lost 4-0 to Kearney on Thursday. North Platte have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Platte's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Omaha Central, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Omaha Central skirted past North Platte 1-0 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Will Omaha Central repeat their success, or does North Platte has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
